Branched Out innovates beyond maple in the syrup category. It features syrup products made from different species of trees beyond the typical sugar maple. Creating these products from other species of trees allows farmers to extend their production season beyond the 6-8 week sugaring season. It offers consumers the chance to try out new varieties of syrups from different species.

Coming from upstate New York and having been surrounded by an abundance of farms, I have always had a great appreciation for what farmers do and for the importance of biodiversity. When thinking about a brand that could diversify the types of trees used, I realized that this would allow farmers in other regions around the country (and world) to support themselves. It would allow small farmers to profit beyond the short 6-8 week maple sugaring season.
